Often overlooked in improvised settings, the duo is one of the most rewarding and challenging formats of musical expression. Trumpeter Jeff Cox and the legendary pianist Ran Blake lead several configurations of duos with special guests, highlighting the versatility of the duo, in styles ranging from jazz standards to free improvisations to contemporary classical pieces.


Musicians include Andres Abenante (guitar), Matt Delligatti (guitar), Lily Honigberg (violin),Katie McShane (cello), Jimin Park (piano), and Marisa Waller (voice).

$15 cover @ the door ($10 students) / Doors open @ 7pm
